Our founder and CEO Ryan Llewellyn-Pace has over 20 years experience working with some of the best brands in the world.
He has been in director roles of world's leading rugby company Canterbury, working in the JD and Pentland Groups and Managing Director (UK&I and Global Distributors) with Barbour, one of UK's greatest fashion success stories. He has worked across US, EMEA and APAC from wholesale, global distributors, Global DTC (heading up Barbour's Global E-commerce) and licensing. During his time at Barbour the business won an unprecedented 12 Drapers awards in 7 years.
Ryan's success within PPL has already been acknowledge through him winning two CEO of the year awards: one from SME News and CEO Monthly, as one of the most influential CEO's of the year.
He is also 7th degree black belt in kung fu and has a passion for teaching and instructing, running his own class in Cardiff.
It is this passion that has led him to build a team here at the Pace Partnership London of like-minded individuals that are all dedicated to working with the future generation of leaders in the industry.
With a career spanning some of the world’s most respected heritage brands, including Lacoste, Barbour, and Jack Wills, Natasha brings deep expertise in brand marketing and a passion for storytelling that connects with consumers. She has led brand and trade marketing teams to deliver strategic, high-impact activations, create inspiring brand plans, and drive initiatives that support commercial growth.
Since joining PPL in 2023, Natasha has brought with her an extensive network of industry experts and in-depth knowledge of positioning brands within key markets. Her experience extends across the UK, as well as European and APAC regions, enabling her to navigate diverse market landscapes and deliver strategies that resonate globally while respecting local nuances.
